Your people can do much more than they think they can
Individuals naturally want to learn, improve, expand their capabilities and apply their full range of talents.
Meanwhile organizations strive to develop their personnel so they can better cope with changing circumstances and future challenges.
All these requirements can be met through talent development. Yet that’s not generally something that takes place as a matter of course. It needs dedicated attention. And it needs to be done properly.
A CLEARER PICTURE OF WHO YOU ARE
In our vision of talent development people discover how to take responsibility, how to personally make a difference. They develop awareness, confidence, consciousness.
They get a clearer picture of who they really are as people, and how they can contribute to the future of your company as an individual and as a leader.
“It’s amazing how something that seemed unnerving, uncomfortable and even weird could give me so much energy and insight afterwards.” Maartje van den Berg, participant
Four-stage development program
We offer an extraordinary variety of experiences as part of a four-stage development program:
Activating the brain through relevant and (seemingly) irrelevant stimulation, opening up hearts and minds, disrupting existing patterns and introducing alternative viewpoints.
“Who am I?” is a simple question that some need more than a lifetime to answer. We enable people to identify and explore their core self through deep reflections, sharing and dialogue. This also helps them connect to others more easily.
Start to reshape your future by applying new insights and learnings to better understand your role in the organization. Crystallize your career ambitions. Sharpen your leadership vision.
4. Grounding & Impact.
Apply your vision in your daily work, hone your talents, stay on top, galvanize those around you. And celebrate the transformation you have made.
Our talent development programs are delivered as a series of single- and multi-day meetings over a period of 12-18 months. Participants work on individual and group assignments in between meetings.
